Barrens is really the crossroads of the horde. More then enough quests. And if you ask me, too many monsters. Good place for leveling.
Hints: Dungeons- Wailing Caverns (17-24)
Flight paths: Crossroads(H), Camp Taurajo(H), Ratchet (H/A).
