For the Alliance Westfall is a GREAT place to level from 11 to 18. Full of grinding quests. Alot of copper mining veins. And plenty of monsters. Darkshore isn't a bad place either but I prefer Westfall.
Hint: Alliance flight path- Sentinel Hill.
